Washing machine not working

My name is Roland. Address : 93, 6th Cross Street, Senthil Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai -600099. I'm under AMC of my digital IFB Washing machine (6KG) and it's been more than 15 days my complaint (No.3988281) has not been resolved. Quite frustrated as no proper response from neither service centre/personnel nor IFB toll free call centre. What shall I do?
