Not working

Service is very poor, i had complained 3-4 months back but the service person did not repaired my m/s yet they are giving all excuses..the complaint is still pending, now the warranty period got over last month ..and they are demanding for contract-or pay for it... i had given complaint well before the warranty period ..so they are cheating with customer..

please do the needful action.
