I have purchased a IFB Elena/Elenaex washing machine at Cheenai, Chellamnai & Co, Madippakkam, Chennai 91 on 13.11.2008. Due to retirement from service, I have shited my family from NO.5/11, Sravanam Flats, Karian onnan Street, Madipakkam, Chennai 91 to the following addrees 136, South Chitra Street, Srirangam, Trichy 620006, on 20.12.2009. Because of various engagement I have not send the machine for regular service. But now the machine took 4 hours to wash 5 kgs of cloth. At Chennai the person who installed the machine was Sri G.Sudhakar whose Mo. No. 9840571678. According to the endorsement made by him the warrenty period ends with 12.11.2012. Therefore I request you to send the concerned dealer in Trichy to do the Regular Service.
