IFB/ELENA DX
NOT WORKING

We bought a washing machine 1 month back. But we used it for 2 weeks and after that its drier got complaint. We called the customer service center of the IFB.They took several days to come and look the machine. They asked to replace a board and take several days to come. Now we are requesting to replace the machine. But they are making many excuses. The machine has got 4years warranty. Please consider this.
