I have purchased an IFB Executive Plus Washing machine from Kuruvithadam Agencies, Thodupuzha before 5 years. Now that machine under repairing. The complaint has registered on 1/8 at the above said shop. They intimated to the service centre, Kattappana several times. Service technicians did not rectify the complaint till this date. Then I regret to inform you that your company's service in Idukki district is very bad. Kindly take necessary actions in this case immediately.
