Sir,

Instead of my so many calls at IFB call centre no person has attended my problem. My washing machine 'SENORITA DX' is not in working condition since 15 days. Earlier also I have been complaining about the same. Inspite of my so many complaints I have not recieved any reply in regards of my complaint. My washing machine does not even works properly for a month, it gets down almost every month and every inner part of it has already been changed.

My complaint no. is 4319923 and my IFB customer Id is 1521473.
