There is creck on the body of the machine

Hi,

I had taken IFB machine on 19/12, there was no stock so the co gave me the machine in 5 Jan . after that this is the second time i have repaired the IFB machine

The enginer who repairing the machine second time showed me a handkerchief which was in the pipe,

I couldn't understand while washing the cloth in the machine how did the handkerchief reached there.the enginer had no answer.

Know there are creck on the body of the machine for which they have no answer.

The ddealer Kirti Radio & Television center is not taken and interest on the complaint. I want the washing Machine to be replaced or give my money back
