IFB Microave Oven
Poor service

I, V S Jamwal agree to the above regarding horrible service being offered by the IFB for repair of Mic Wave oven at their service center situated at Dharamshala of Disstt. Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. It is complete one month today i.e. on 6th Dec after I offered my MW oven for repair. I was told that they shall be reverting back within three days about the status of my oven but after waiting for about 15 days I contacted myself on phone but the status of my oven was the same and i was given reason regarding non availability of some part and agreed to convey me within two days after repair. But today after complete one month when I rang again to about my oven firstly I was greeted by the phone attendent (she) with the remarks that "Hamein Nahein Pata Hamare Paas bahut se ovens aate hain" but later she asked me to wait for few minutes and she will ring me up to convey the status. But now it is one hr since I talked to her but nothing has been conveyed to me so far. I am feeling cheated and now onward always guide my known persons that not to buy IFB products in future.
