IFB MICROWAVE
Not working

I bought a IFB Microwave oven and unfortuantely it got repaired in augest. I raised a complaint and the company sent the executive. The executive on inspection informed that the MICROWAVE will be actively working now, but the same problem is being faced by myself, as the executive has also charged Rs 276 as maintenance charges but after that there is no response from the executive. Since then neither i am able to trace the executive nor any response from call centre is futile. Finally i was shocked last week that my complaint has been closed completely and i raised a fresh complaint.

Its a shame for a company like IFB to offer such a poor service to customers

I am in new delhi and it will be great if someone can provide me the top level heads number in IFB so that i can escalate this issue...
