Sleeping IFb over my complaint

My microwave 25SCI is not working since 22 December. I registered the complaint on the same day and the complaint number is 3904861. The service centre owner, Mr. Vikas Asthana says that he is helpless as the company is not providing them with the part required for the microwave. The regional head Mr. Akshay promises to help but never helps. This microwave was bought on 25 February for Rs 12500 and has broken down three times since then and we are suffering from lack of service since then.
