IFB MICROWAVE OVEN 30SC3
No Help from IFB till more then 1 month

I have submitted complained about my IFB oven on 3rd December. After that day technician came to our home to check the problem and told that we will come to you again with the broken glass. But now its 11th January. I always called them but no action has been taken from IFB team. Daily they forward the complains to their seniors, but no action yet. My Complain id is 7767349 registered at 3rd December. Its still open.
