Issues With Service

Sir/Madam

I had purchased Microwave Oven model 25SC2 from IFB dated on 4/3/09 and just after one month it stopped working. I later came to know that the Magatron which happens to be a important component had a defect and sadly it took complete 6 months for repair after regular reminders in the service centre during this period the product was completely out of order. Now the oven stops working as it gets heated up.and its been 2 months since i have launched a complaint and since then there has been no reponse. The service centre says they lack the spare components.

I am completely disappointed with IFB product and Service and request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
