Non attended complaint no.3850214

I have launched complaint about improper heating & light problem in my microwave oven third week of OCT 09 having comp. no.5950 at Raipur Chattisgarh state. After many reminder it has not been attended so far. Ultimately I Have again launched the same comp.at Kolkata office on 9th DEC 09 having comp. no.3850214.But til date after many reminder it is unattended yet.

Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
