Dear all,

it was the biggest mistake of my life to purchase a TV set from videocon, the worst example of customer service in todays razor sharp competetive electronics market, its a complete nightmare the way the complaints are handled, its been almost a week and a half that i have been following a complaint on my TV set with the remote not working, but like monsoons i am still hopeful someday my TV would work again.

I tried calling customer care but oh my god the attitude is appauling..anyways to cust a long story short people stay away from videocon..its the worst company ever..
