Very poor service

I am shalini malik. My husband is in the army and we are posted to Bihar ASC Center north Paharpur Gaya. My machine is under AMC and AMC no. is 196228.My machine is not working from last two days it's steel tub has stopped rotating. I lodged a complaint on 16th of aug in the morning 6:00a.m and taday is 17th of aug 5:00p.m and nobody has come to repair my machine. I've rang 6-7 times but they are not taking it seriously. Every time I call there is different person to answer the call and every time I've to repeat the phone no address after that they assure but no work on ground.

I've two children son 7 years old and daughter is 15 months old. The weather is also very unpredictable. I am having very tough time and I belive that once the product is sold afterwards it's customers problem. Very poor service I've seen and facing it.
