No resonse from Service cente

My compliant no - 6022943, Id no - 2510004. i have filed a compliant on 8/03.one of your service person name kubadhiran came after 3 days he said need to change TUB & Top Balance Unit. to day date is 22/03. till now it is not yet done. i have called atleast 20 times to your customer care center in chennai [044 39004321] & your service center no [044 22411503, 044 22411728]. your call center executives gave me Managers mobile no 9381086792. He is not even picking up the phone. The worst customer service i have ever seen in my life is IFB. how long you will need to replace the tub & top balance unit? your chennai service center people Gayathiri is very rude & no proper response from that service center. pls dont buy IFB products.
