Horrible service

Electronics and household app.

I purchased a nokia 5800 a month back. On the very second day the phone stopped functioning. The phone was not switching on. I took it to the nokia service center & i have not got my phone back till now. They called me 3 times so far claiming that they have repaired, but when i tested the phone the issue was still there. They have kept my phone for 30 days doing nothing. They are not ready to replace the phone nor give back my money. I simply paid 14000rs to use a horrible phone for 2 days. Nokia's quality has reduced drastically. I was always aware that nokia has a bad customer service. but after experiencing it i dare say its the most horrible & unprofessional service unit.

They give some kind of a job sheet which is supposed to have information about the problem, due date & customer details. This one page document has just one line to enter the problem statement. On that, those uneducated service men who attend you at the service center does not know how document the phone problem. There is no place to mention "steps to reproduce the bug". With no details in the job sheet how can some one repair the phone & claim that it is function properly without knowing how to reproduce the bug?

PLEASE DONT BUY NOKIA PHONES.
