FB Washing machine complaint

I am Harbhajan Singh and I am a resident of Ambala Cantt (Haryana). I have old IFB washing machine that I bought on 16th September 1998 through CSD from Goel Agencies (which is Closed now), Ambala Cantt – Haryana. Model name is "IFB Supreme".

For the last 2 months, my machine is not working because the electrical part which drives the motor got damaged. I registered a complain at both Ambala Cantt and Ambala City office in November.

The executive came to my house and check the faulty part and compelled me for EMI which I refused because of bad service. It is now more than a month that my complaint is still pending.

After that, several times I have called the IFB customer care at Ambala but no one took matter seriously. I unfortunately I missplaced the complaint number somewhere.

I request you to please take this matter seriously so that faulty part get replaced as soon as possible.
