IFB WASHING MACHINE
Under AMC, but no service

A complaint was booked on 11/16 with the call center since my machine was not working (complaint No.5430481). Since then I have been calling up the call center and every day they tell me in 24 hours a technician will come. As days passed, they said they are escalating the matter to the next level. In between I had been asked to call one Mr. Dastagir (phone no. 9246111227) and also a supervisor, Mr. Anupam (phone no. 9394806484), which too I did. But till today my wait for the said technician is not yet over. Extremely pathetic service from such a reputed brand.
