IFB WASHING MACHINE
Machine not repaired even after complain

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Hyderabad i have made a complain about 15 days back and till date no action has been taken and when i speak to the person of the firm with whom AMC is been done he speaks bluntly and he says it is not his area of concern and you better call the call center number. This is the normal behavior when ever we make a complane. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The manager at Hyderabad is not even attending the calls. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.
