I had bought a IFB Washing Machine (Elena Model) 2 years back. From then I have placed numerous complaints regarding the below issue. While in running condition, the machine vibrates a lot, gets displaced by a long distance, sound is un-tolerable and also does not spin well.

IFB service engineers have came at least 5 times but of no use. They just provide a new reason and some unworkable solution. Never ever tested it as can't wait for full washing cycle. Its of no use at all.

20 days back one such person came and replaced parts worth Rs. but what is the use, the problem has just increased its magnitude. This is just pure cheating, which I had never expected from a company like IFB.

It has become a pain, I am really very frustrated using this machine and sorry for the company and the product.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter seriously and provide me with a concrete solution for this long overdue issue, or else I will be forced to take this matter legally.
