Washing Machine IFB make was purchased under Customer Id 1589295 on 07.09.2008 with a warranty of 2 years form dealer 'Navrang' on Vikas Marg, Dehli, India.

Machine stopped giving satisfactory service and complaint (ref complaint no 3793130) was lodged in the Service Center but no one has responded and rendered service. Which has totally depressed us.
