IFB WASHING MACHINE
Poor Service Quality

Respected Sir,

I have purchased IFB Washing Machine at Chandra Traders Chennai on 13th January. During the Demo Run onwards there was problem in the Machine due to Pressure Stat fault. The service engineer had done temporary arrangement to run the machine.

I have lodged written complaint through email as well as to customer care help line numbers. The Service do visit every time but problems keep coming one after the other. I strongly feel that the authorised service centre is not efficient enough to handle the problems effect. Threre numerous problems with quality of service its very difficult to explain every details.

May I request you take neccessary action in this regard and sage guard the interest of the consumers like me
