Clothes getting torn

I bought IFB washing machine in June and during the warranty period of 2 years, we have gone through lot of problems like, shock during the running of the machine, noise during the washing, water tripping during washing, left over water after washing and poor wash quality etc., etc.,

We have battled to get the service representative/engineers to attend to the problem.

Now the machine is under AMC after the warranty period. The quality of service is not improving and frequent problems and the company is blaming the customer always.

Now the clothes are getting torn during washing and the service engineers are not able to locate the problem.

It is a bad product without any quality inspection before sale and also no proper customer care and satisfaction.

I would not recommend IFB washing machine to any body nor I would buy any IFB product at all in my life.

I am also thinking about selling this IFB washing machine and buying some other better brand.
