E-4 problem yet not resolved

Sir,

i loged my complain on this website one week ago, yet the problem is not resolved, yesterday i did contact ms kumkum and she has assured me to send senior technician to get the job fixed. Awaiting for ms kumkum's call eagerly... since so many times the machine is opened the start button switch is also not working... however i belive the problem will be resolved before the warrenty get over.
