IFB WASHING MACHINE
Drum nt working

I own a IFB washing machine which is under AMC and the drum is not working since a month.i have registered the complaint on toll free 5 times (last complaint no. 4035028) but nobody attended even after assuring that the call will be attended in 24 hrs.

i belong to lucknow and the AMC area incharge is also least bothred to attent the call..
