IFB WASHING MACHINE
MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM

Sir,

we are having one IFB FRONT LOADING DIGITAL WASHING MACHINE Model No (10707/Digital) and also we are having Annual Maintenance Contract up to 18/06.

The Washing Machine is not working for the last 25 days and we informed the local service center and of no use and then we made a complaint (complaint no 4153376) on 18/02 to "24 Hrs" CUSTOMER CARE (of IFB) 18604255678 . They promised us to do the needful within 2 days. Sofar they have not rectified the same.

What is the use of having AMC and even in a METRO CITY (CHENNAI), they are not able to give immediate service to rectify the mistake.
