I had purchased 2 nos. IFB washing Machines from Vardhaman Watch and Electronics, Kandivli, Mumbai.

Item: IFB FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE 5KG DIGITAL MODEL.

PRICE: 21000 X 2 = 42000

Within a month of Purchasing we had starting facing varios problems with both the pieces. Given below are the last 4 complaint nos.

3. 2686545 03/02/10

4. 4254854 17/03/10 - 26/03/10

Kindly note that the above 4 complaints are only the latest ones and do not cover the total complaints which could be more 20 for each machine.

One of the machine was last repaired on 25/03/10 and I did not sign the complaint attendance form thinking I will not sign it without using the machine for at least a week. And incidently the machine has again stopped working today on 26/03/10.

Me and my family have been continously traumatised by this SUBSTANDARD product from IFB. We finally request IFB to replace the product or refund our money.
