Improper service

Sir,

On 13 march engineer from Onida Customer Relation Center, Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Congress Nagar, Nagpur, had come for the servicing of Spilt AC (AC was functioning in gud condition). Since then the AC is not giving cooling effect, for this the complain have been done more than 25 times. But the incharge person is not bothered to take the care and do the necessary.

Now as summers have started, i nagpur is moving towards extreme heat, i think this type of service centers should be banned from continuing their license of so called customer care.

I hope the complaint will be resolved..

Also i want to lodge the claim on the company of Rs. 21000/- for making my AC defunctional plus additional charges of Rs. 20000 /- for ill health caused.
