IFB WASHING MACHINE
NO response from service persons

I am owning a washing machine of IFB- (model executive elite). For the past two years i am having AMC also with the company and the AMC no is 0000249. But the service provided by the company is very poor. No body is attending my complaints even after several reminders. Last time also i have booked a complaint on 12/04 and the complaint number is 4377350. But till date no service person has attended my complaint and the status remains same. This is highly unacceptable. I don't know where i have to launch a complaint. Pl guide me properly.
