AMC related frauds

I had taken an AMC for IFB machine post continuous persuation from their service engineers. It so happned post 4 months of AMC the machine had te drum and the bearing to be replaced. I have been following with the srvice personal namely Siva, ravi ganesh, siva kumar but in vein and get only one reply that the stock is not available. We have been suffering for the past 30 days now and absolutely no response from any of them. when ever we call th service number we get a reply that they would ensure a call back by their senior officials but it does not happen. When you try reaching the above gentlemen we just get a reply stating stock is not availalbe and it would take 7 days. i have waited for 4 7 days now (month) but still the problem stands un resolved.

i sincerely feel that hter is spome fraud taking place in the TN region because they do not seem to give numbers of any of their higher officials.

In case if some one can provide a responsible persons number it would be nice.

Also we sincerely request geneal public to refrain from buying any of thier products since their service is horrible.
