Terrible customer service, under AMC but no help watso ever!!!

I have been trying to get someone to come home and repair my washing machine, noone comes, noone answers calls including service and regional managers, they dont even have the basic courtesy of calling back customers... They make false promises of call backs or service but no one ever does anything//... someone or the other is at home all the time so we are not givin them and time limitation also... Its pathetic service, we are extremely disappointed and irritated... They sold the AMC and we bought it but what is the point if noone is going to come repair our washing machine??? My complaint number is 4403361 and cust ID is : 997866. I need a response asap, I have been trying to get it repaired for over 10days now and no one seems to be of help... This is the best example of pathetic customer service.
