Dear Sir,

The washing machine was bought on 01/01/09 from M/S Unique Enterprises, Malviya Nagar. New Delhi-17,

In last one and half year, I have recd. several call from customer service for regular check up but no body has turned up.

I lodged the above complaint with your service center as the machine is making noise. After lodging the complaint with several follow-ups, one service person came with old drum for replacement, the same was not accepted by us as the drum was old.

We have suffered a lot because of not functining of machine.

You are requested to take the macine back & refund the entire amount along with compensation of Rs, 25, 000/- Else I shall be forced to move to Consumer Court.
