I am owning a IFB Senorita Wasing Machine for more tha n 5 Years

and under AMC with Vikas Agencies Chennai

during the Sept a person from Agency called Ekatvam came to us saying theat the Vikas Agencies AMC is Canncelled and you can enter in to AMC Conatract with us with the details he hgave we were convinced to go for a AMcC form my Machine by paying Rs.1, 500/- and the AMC was for the period 7-9-10 to 6-9-10

Service Pesonal came twice to do the service and we were statisfiled

but much to our surprise when we tried reachingthem for Service for machine for the last two days all the Land Line Numbers and Mobile Nos what htey have given to us for contacting are not in use and we are not able to reach them

we request ot help us in this regard and tell us wheter the above

mentioned Agency is authorised one or who are the authorised Service Franchise for AMC please let us know
