IFB WASHING MACHINE
UNDER WARRANTY BUT NO SERVICE/REPAIR

IFB 7 KG Digital washing machine bought on 5/5/09 has been giving problems since the beginning. Suddenly it stopped working one day and complaint was registered on 8/9. Its been a month but the service centre has done nothing to repair even when its under warranty for 2 years. It is the worst service ever by any company. I would sue the company soon as none of the representatives are taking the complaint seriously. Complaint number- 5070837. No one should buy any product from this company, there have been way too many complaints made on this forum but still nothing has changed. IFB Should be banned by the government.
