Oil Leakage from compresso

I have purchase one refrigerator from Next Retail India Ltd., from Bhavnagar on 23 rd march. His product no. is 5 REF S192GLXSB 190 lit.

On 30th Sept. 2010 i have register complaint in Next retail regarding proper cooling, so acco. to that a person visit at my home and tell for Rs. 1000/- expence due to some oil leakage from compressor and thats why cooling vein blocked. But company given warranty for the 5 yrs. of compressor so why i pay 1000 for the same. I told so many time to compnay empoyee Mr. Ramanbhai cell no. 09328863676 but he ask me for 1000 rs. I requesting for giving me of his superior cell no. but he cut my phone and not receiving till time.

Tell me what i m doing?
