Dear Sir,

I have made a complaint about malfunctioning of my washing machine on 10-Sep-10 and the complaint numbers are 5082673*5107950*5121224. Service team person was told that a part is to be replaced and same has been demanded. Now it is over 7 weeks and nothing has happened despite innumerable reminders. What is worse is that every time I am calling to the customer care they are telling that "our representative will visit/ they will get back on the latest position" but no one has done till date. I feeling so much inconvenience with their service. Kindly intimate to the Company to replace with new washing machine otherwise return my amount so that I will purchase other company washing machine.
