I dont know how what is IFB's policy on after sales support or maintenance. I dont think there is any policy at all, or the policy is only to cheat the customer. My washing machine is under AMC, but it is down for 24 days. If there is one Executive in the company who is worth his salt, he will respond to customer complaint. Everytime there is a new maint person, which indicates that trained persons dont stick on to the company. It must be their attitude! If customers dont get preference, how would employees/franchisees get support?
Is there a customer Service manager, who check the status of complaints? There is none. Please be very careful in dealing with IFB.
