IFB WASHING MACHINE
Machine not working

I have brought IFB washing Machine about 2 Years back and from that time the performance of the washing machine is poor and always had some problem - like water leak - machine not starting. Now the Fornt Panel burnt and IFB service person came and asked us change it to new one for the cost of Rs.3500/-. This is really bad becuase of poor quality only the front panel got burnt - or as a end user i would like to understand the root cause of failure whether it is becuase of machine performance or by the user (Self).
