COMPLAINT NOT REDRESSED FOR 6 MONTHS

Inspite of repeated complaints the damaged bush onto which the drum is hanging has not been replaced by the company. The technicians who came say that it is out of stock (from november till date) and make temporary patch works promising they would replace the bush in a aday or two. With the result the drum falls off very often in the middle of washing and we had to complete the washing manually. Every time the machine machine stops working we have to make a new complaint (thanks to the customer care people who dont have any history on previous complaints), this causes mental agony.this action constitutes breach of warranty.
