IFB WASHING MACHINE
Cheated by Service Centre - Perfect Cool Services

I had contacted IFB for servicing my Senator Washing Machine in Nov. Finally they sent someone and he made me change parts worth Rs 6230 saying the machine was perfect and would last another 5-10 years after the repair.

With-in 2-3 days the machine started leaking and I was told that the casing had got damaged and I had to shell out another Rs 1800 for it. So I was virtually inching towards spending the cost a new washing machine without any guarantee of how long it would last.

I then checked with dealers and realised that IFB had the WORST service in the industry and their servce centres have started conning people. I completely agree with them.

I have been calling Perfect Cool every day and they never land up. Till they get the money they are prompt.

PLEASE NEVER BUY IFB MACHINES AGAIN.

Sadly I am an IFB user for more than 15 years and now have to switch.
