IFB WASHING MACHINE
NOT WORKING

Good Morning. I purchased a IFB Washing Machine on Jan. Suddenly machine is not functioning on 23.2.11 onwards. Over phone I informed to the company. One man came and told that Pumbing part is damaged. The cost of the part is nearly Rs.- if you want to get that part freely you have to join in Annual Service Scheme. But for that you have to pay Rs.- IFB is the best and prestigious company that is why we prefer to purchase. I paid Rs.- But I am not happy. Within four years how one part get damaged? What is the reason for that? One who came he himself told that normally in this type IFB this part will be damaged. He told some technical reasons. I am unable to convince by his reply. Do the needful. In future it should not repeated.
