Not responding to service request

We have an IFB washing machine. The product is excellent but the service is of very poor standards. We had a problem with the machine 8 months back, the machine was making a lot of noise in the spinning mode. After 3 persistent days a service executive came home and claimed that the bearings have gone bad and replaced it for which i paid Rs.1480 (bearing cost - 800, service charge - 680). In 8 months the machine started making noise again and after lodging another complaint the service executive and said that the executive who had attended the machine earlier had not installed the bearings properly and the water from the machine had leaked out and had damaged the bearing and that it again needed replacement.

The service exe. suggested that we could join their new scheme through which by paying Rs. 1858 yearly we could get all the maintenance done without paying extra. So we took the scheme but had to wait for 25 days for the scheme to activate. We waited for 25 days having no other option and then called the customer care and was expecting immediate action but nothing happened. I spoke to various executives including the area manager Mr. Satish but none of them bothered to attend to my problem. I have been calling them from 3 weeks but no action has been taken yet.
