IFB WASHING MACHINE
Not coming for servicing

I have purchased a washing machine and unfortunately a problem occurred in it.i have lodged a complaint regarding this in the service center but in return they have shown a bad behaviour to me and telling that they will not attend me.is this the service that we will get.i want this problem to be solved as quick as possible as its a domestic matter and has 2 be solved fast.
