Faulty washing machine

I have purchased ifb washing machine model: AW7233.When its packing was removed by the technician, he found 2 connectors and 1 hot pipe missing (a rare case in brand new washing machine). I registered complaint with the customer care on that day itseif (18.05.20132) ticket number8862351.Next day its lid came out and machine started showing E3 error.it works till washing option and when it comes to rinse option it starts showing E3 ERROR.Again i register complaint with the customer care (ticket number8862351).technician visited our house on monday morning and was not able to fix the problem. Now idon't want to keep this faulty washing machine and want either replacement or my money back.itis under warranty.
