IFB washing machine-ELENA DX
Service persons not attending

This is from Guntur. My IFB washing machine is under repair. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine.the spare part-drum has to be replaced..It was reported dy the service person and informed that he shall replace it within 10 days..still they have not changed the parts within one month..the service persons are not responding the calls.we have the customer code:1633415..It was registered under the name of G.Ramanadha babu bearing mobileno: 9502881348.. am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.please respond to our request.
