Frequent Problem /breakdowns

I heard a lot good about IFB products and I purchased the above model on 5 Aug'2009 in X-CITE, MG Road, Gurgaon. Since then, the performance of the m/c has not been good and five times the drive belt had to be replaced and every time, we were assured that there won't be any issue. On 1 July'10, when the m/c was operated, it started making a lot of noise and immediately I complained to your service centre (Mr Jagat, Customer care Manager, Gurgaon) and technicians attended and replaced many parts saying that there was a serious problem with the m/c. I'm concened now as I strongly feel that there must be some wrong with the m/c and request you to arrange to replace the m/c with a new one. I', completely frustrated with IFB.

IFB has a great track-record and I'm sure you would provide best of service to the customers like me. Look forward to a speedy to resolution to my satisfaction.
