Technician not attendiing

My washing machine is under AMC AMC no. 6226. The machine was making lot of noise and I made a complaint. One day the service engineer came and identified the problem as a bad bearing. After 3 days he came and tried to remove the bearing. That day he couldn't. After 3 days he came and removed the bearing. But after assembly the machine is stuck and not working. That was on 24th october after that nobody came . when I called by tele phone they are answering that they will be attending within 24 hours. But I am not able to use my washing machine for the last two weeks.
