I registered a complaint about the breakdown of my washing machine on 23.8.2010. So far only a mechanic has come to tell me that the control panel shall have to be changed and that this would be done on the 26th. Today is the 27th and so far no one has come, in spite of repeated reminders by me to the local shop from whiich I purchased the machine and to your customer care Centre in Kolkata. I think this kind of delay is unconscionable considering the trouble to which I am being put by not being able to use my washing machine and I also strongly object to the amount of time that I have had to waste on making so many telephine calls. The person who answered my call to your customer care number in Kolkata this morning gave me a local cell phone number to try and that seems to be permanently switched off. Where do I go from here? What am i supposed to do? This whole episode makes me feel that I should never purchase any of your products again. And I shall certainly warn friends and neighbours of the experience I have had.
