I bought an IFB Washing Machine last year in March. It gave a lot of complaints from the start. The person from Harinidhi enterprises came to install it and it kept on leaking. So He said it was because of the vibrations and therfore needed a stand. I bought a stand worth 1000 rupees. Still vibrations keptt happening. The technicians came atleastt 5 times. Yesterday it fell from the stand and I called them up. They came up with a bill of 400 bucks and told me that the installation is not done properly and the rubbercaps were put on the wrong place. Since I refused to pay they removed the fittings and left me in the lurch. I have tried calling IFB asstn manager Mr Abhishek Rajput and he keeps cuting the phone and one poornima who never picks it up.

Plzzzz people out there never buy IFB. I think I will have to pay for this folly foreve
